Your RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and translating business needs into knowledge management, process management, and training. You will also create and manage user stories and continuously optimize the backlog.
- You will analyze business needs and develop practical solutions to improve knowledge management and process efficiency.
- You will work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that team objectives are aligned with broader organizational goals.
- You will participate in workshops and support the team in migrating the knowledge base to a new platform with improved search functionalities.
As a Strategic Knowledge Manager, you will have a direct impact on the productivity and customer focus of our organization.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Consultant in a dynamic organization.
- Experience with process optimization and preferably knowledge of knowledge management tools.
- Experience in implementing changes (change management) and influencing behavioral change among the target group.
- Experience with Agile working, including SAFe, Scrum and/or Kanban.
