Position Overview
As a Stylist at AllSaints, you serve as a vital connection between our exquisite collections and our valued clientele.
Your primary focus will be engaging with customers on the sales floor, providing styling advice and enhancing their shopping experience. Additionally, you will have the chance to develop skills in visual merchandising, store operations, and personal shopping. You will also assist with initial customer inquiries through our online service platform, balancing your time between in-store and online interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Spend the majority of your time on the sales floor, creating a dynamic and enjoyable shopping atmosphere.
- Style customers with our latest collections, sharing in-depth product knowledge to deliver an outstanding brand experience.
- Maintain the store's visual appeal, ensuring products are accessible and that merchandising standards are consistently met.
- Handle stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders while utilizing our digital tools to enhance the customer journey.
- Respond to initial customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone regarding products and orders through our online service system.
- Empower yourself to make service decisions that foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Prioritize customer-centric service in all interactions, collaborating with the AllSaints team to achieve optimal results.
- Welcome customers into the store, tailoring your approach to meet their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in staff areas, demonstrating pride in your work environment.
- Work collaboratively with your peers, seeking feedback to foster personal and professional growth.
- Primarily based in-store, with a portion of your time dedicated to online customer service, either in-store or remotely.
- Partner with customer experience team leaders for coaching on service delivery and escalate complex inquiries as needed.
