About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee the entire sales process of our innovative turnkey solutions in renewable energy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new customers and projects, advising on capital renewable energy solutions, and structuring long sales cycles to lead to successful deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities and grow existing relationships with customers
  • Advise on and provide technical expertise for custom-engineered installations
  • Manage complex sales cycles from initial contact to contract signing and implementation
  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts
  • Monitor market developments and participate in trade fairs and client meetings
Your Profile
  • At least eight years of experience in selling custom-engineered installations or turnkey systems
  • Proven track record in project sales with a focus on renewable energy
  • Knowledge and experience in renewables or oil & gas is beneficial
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel approximately once a month
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, Scandinavian languages are an advantage
