About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Orderpicker to join our team at Kruidvat. As an Orderpicker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate picking and packing of products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing products using voice picking systems and pump trucks;
  • Building stable pallets and reorganizing them as needed;
  • Meeting productivity targets and maintaining a clean and organized workspace;
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with varying levels of physical activity;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals.

Requirements

  • Ability to work precisely and proactively in a team environment;
  • Availability to work in two-shifts (06.00u-14.00u and 14.00u-22.00u) and at least two Saturdays per month;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands.

Benefits

  • Competitive bruto-hourly salary of €14.74 (incl. ADV-allowance up to 35 hours);
  • Shift allowance of 25% on weekdays and 30% on Saturdays;
  • Travel allowance of €0.19 cents per km after 10 km;
