We are seeking a skilled Servicedesk Medewerker to join our team, who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with our technical team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum MBO4 level and relevant experience or education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
• Basic knowledge of technical concepts and software systems.
• Fluent in Dutch and excellent customer service skills.
