Job Description

At Enza Zaden, we are seeking a skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our Data, Analytics and Reporting Team for our Finance department. As a Data Governance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our financial data. Your responsibilities will include implementing data management software, developing key data products, and collaborating with fellow data stewards to manage and maintain master data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement data management software within the finance domain
  • Develop key data products such as business glossary, data dictionary, and data lineage
  • Collaborate with fellow data stewards to manage and maintain master data
  • Implement and maintain data quality rules of the finance domain

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant data management experience, preferably in the domain of finance
  • Proven ability to work with senior management, business, and technical stakeholders
  • Embrace a team-focused approach, cherishing collaborative approach with your peers
  • Effectively engage with stakeholders to transform business requirements into actionable data management tasks
  • Basic understanding of data modelling
  • Experience with Informatica or similar data management software
  • Acquaintance with SQL and Power BI
  • Be proficient in written and verbal English and preferably also in Dutch
