About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Alpine and Italian sales team. As a Sales Representative for ENT services, you'll be responsible for selling a broad range of Medtronic services to hospitals, biomedical engineers, and purchasers in Germany, Alpine, and Italy.
Key Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships with customers and stay in touch via phone or in-person meetings to discuss and sell service agreements.
• Identify, create, and maintain opportunities in our sales dashboard for service agreements using the opportunity dashboard and attach rate file for assets coming out of manufacturer warranty, expiring contracts, time & material activities, and point of sale.
• Be an active member of the Alpine and Italian sales organization by sharing service opportunities during recurring virtual or in-person meetings, creating action plans with the District Sales Managers and Sales representatives, attending local events, and meetings.
• Provide consultation and support for field sales representatives to explore the best solution for selling service agreements at point of sale and for all financial deals.
• Support the country sales team with service-related tender questions and respond to tenders with the appropriate type of service agreement in a timely manner.
• Participate actively in all financial deals (capital/financial/operating/placement); ensure the appropriate service agreement and revenue is captured in these deals.
• Provide accurate service forecasts to the leadership team and national and district sales managers.
• Connect with Inside Sales colleagues in other markets to share best practices and adopt new and efficient ways to sell services.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or master's degree
• Fluency in English, Italian, and German
• Ability to prioritize and respond in a timely manner to questions from internal and external customers
• Flexibility, adaptability, and accuracy
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
