We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our Image Guided Therapy Fixed Systems R&D organization. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be part of the Lifecycle Management Agile Release Train, responsible for managing the full scope of our systems in the field and in production.

Your Role:
  • Track and improve the performance of our systems in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain high quality and performance of mechanical components.
  • Support redesigns for quality, patient safety, reliability, and serviceability of medical systems.
  • Work closely with colleagues in R&D, test and validation, norm compliance, quality, and procurement.
  • Support factory in solving quality non-conformances at suppliers.
  • Support regulatory submissions activities to comply with medical standards and regulations.
About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a multi-cultural team working on new product introductions and lifecycle management. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will have the chance to work on complex projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the development of innovative medical systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as engineer in an R&D environment.
  • Experience in Design, Development & Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience in documentation and quality-oriented.
  • Good communication skills to connect with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Agile mindset.
