We are looking for a committed and proactive Technical Support Specialist to enhance our service delivery to software partners and their clientele. This role is vital in facilitating the successful implementation and onboarding of our VONQ APIs and Widgets. Your expertise in managing our knowledge base and job board inventory, along with addressing support inquiries, will be essential in fostering partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Support: Provide assistance to software partners during the integration of VONQ APIs and Widgets, offering technical insights and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Knowledge Base Oversight: Regularly update and maintain our knowledge base to ensure that partners and customers have access to accurate and comprehensive resources.
  • Job Board Management: Ensure our job board inventory is up-to-date with detailed guidelines and pertinent information.
  • Support Ticket Management: Efficiently address and resolve support tickets from partners, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist end-customers in their onboarding process with VONQ products, ensuring a smooth initiation with our services.
