Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to your team members
* Collaborate with other chapters to share knowledge and best practices
* Drive innovation and experimentation within the team
* Ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals

Requirements:

* 8+ years of experience in iOS development (Swift/Objective-C)
* Strong leadership and coaching skills
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Experience in working DevOps
* Good command over architecture and design patterns
* Good knowledge of Swift

Nice to Have:

* Advanced knowledge of CI/CD tooling like Jenkins/Azure DevOps
* Programming languages (Objective-C, Ruby, Python)
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Understanding and acting upon the Scrum Values (openness, courage, commitment, respect, and focus)
* Release management
* Up-to-date with Apple technologies, such as SwiftUI, modern concurrency

What We Offer:

* Excellent salary
* 25 vacation days based on 40 hours (with an optional 14 days extra)
