Key Responsibilities
As an ILS Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Performing ILS analysis, including LSA and other ILS topics.
- Studying and reporting the reliability and maintainability of naval equipment.
- Cooperating with the technical and procurement department.
- Reporting to the Project Manager.
- Developing and delivering ILS products and services, including purchase support, maintenance/LSA, supply support, technical documentation, training, and transfer of technology.
- Ensuring compliance to all applicable requirements.
- Delivering ILS products and services within time, budget, and according to relevant standards.
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing ILS proposals and in the further improvement and development of ILS products, processes, and methodologies.
- Preparing ILS training material(s) for technical equipment and naval products.
- Preparing budgetary offers and estimations of projects costs.
- Familiar with configuration and data management.
- Studying technical regulations and technical drawings that apply in each project.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor or Master degree.
- Knowledge and experience in the field of ILS.
- Experience in working in multifunctional and multicultural teams and environments.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, additional languages like German and Spanish are an advantage.
- Preferably a maritime background.
- Permanent EU citizenship combined with an EU work visa.
