Your Role

As a Strategic Business Advisor, specializing in Roadmap Development:

You will play a pivotal role in delivering value through the execution of the Future Credit Domain. You will lead in-depth discussions/workshops, excel in organizing content, and possess the practical skills necessary to create strategic roadmaps. By formulating these roadmaps, you will enable the organization to advance in 'scaled agile'; you will motivate, challenge, and assist teams in enhancing their planning capabilities, provide insights into conflicting priorities, and manage transformation sequences/dependencies across various departments and teams, facilitating value-driven governance. This requires a blend of conceptual thinking along with proficiency in JIRA, PowerPoint, and Excel. You will approach this with a comprehensive view of the FCD scope (including Lending Transformation), ensuring that both value creation and regulatory considerations are adequately addressed. You will collaborate within a small team to ensure that consistent capabilities are developed and delivered across the grids engaged in FCD.

Work Environment

The Credit Transformation Office, previously known as the FCD Office, supervises change initiatives that are essential for constructing a future-ready and resilient credit landscape. FCD change initiatives are critical for maintaining ABN AMRO's operational license. This entails that regulations and risk requirements are firmly integrated into the Credit Transformation Office's value chain and control framework. Additionally, we are focused on developing integrated IT systems that allow us to operate efficiently, deliver precise and timely reports, and meet evolving customer needs. The Credit Transformation Office reports hierarchically to the Head of Lending Transformation, who in turn reports to the Head of Financing Solutions.

You will become a member of the Credit Transformation Office. The team fosters a culture of strong collaboration, a hands-on approach, and open communication. As a Roadmap Manager, you will consolidate all initiatives into a cohesive transformation roadmap across the credit value chain. Achieving the FCD results necessitates robust collaboration across multiple departments, including Client Units, Risk, Finance, IT, and DM&A.

You are pragmatic, translating concepts into actionable steps, and you initiate and lead targeted interventions. You have a passion for creating impactful outcomes that ultimately enhance the customer experience. Your approach to achieving results naturally fosters collaboration across silos, and you have a proven track record of mobilizing individuals throughout the organization. You bring specific expertise, such as a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end credit processes, change management skills, and/or communication proficiency.
