Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our Open & Customised Programmes team. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the overall participants' experience, satisfaction, and profitable financial performance of programmes within your portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage programme operations and delivery of educational programmes.
  • Execute the academic content of a portfolio of Open and Customised programmes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Plan, organise and execute the logistics and administration of programmes to the highest professional service standard.
  • Manage relationships with faculty, lecturers, guest speakers, suppliers and other external stakeholders.
  • Act as primary contact for clients, participants and communicate with participants and faculty timely and professionally.
  • Work closely with colleagues from the Programme Office, Programme Development, Client Engagement and Marketing and Sales.

Requirements

  • At least five years of working experience with coordination of educational programmes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, knowledge of Canvas or other learning platform desirable.
  • Ability to take initiative and programme ownership.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Organisational talent - efficient, accurate and on top of things.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work outside of standard business hours.
  • Focused on quality awareness.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Ability to think critically to make timely decisions.

  • A salary between 3,500 - 4,279 gross per month on full-time basis (ex. 8% holiday allowance), based on your education, knowledge and work experience.
