Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our Open & Customised Programmes team. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the overall participants' experience, satisfaction, and profitable financial performance of programmes within your portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage programme operations and delivery of educational programmes.
- Execute the academic content of a portfolio of Open and Customised programmes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Plan, organise and execute the logistics and administration of programmes to the highest professional service standard.
- Manage relationships with faculty, lecturers, guest speakers, suppliers and other external stakeholders.
- Act as primary contact for clients, participants and communicate with participants and faculty timely and professionally.
- Work closely with colleagues from the Programme Office, Programme Development, Client Engagement and Marketing and Sales.
Requirements
- At least five years of working experience with coordination of educational programmes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, knowledge of Canvas or other learning platform desirable.
- Ability to take initiative and programme ownership.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Organisational talent - efficient, accurate and on top of things.
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside of standard business hours.
- Focused on quality awareness.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Ability to think critically to make timely decisions.
