Position: Savings Product Pricing Specialist
In the role of Savings Product Pricing Specialist at Knab, you will oversee the development and management of our savings products and services. Your responsibilities will include formulating and implementing strategies for interest rates on savings, examining customer financial behaviors, and addressing their specific needs. You will work in close collaboration with both the business and finance departments to ensure that our savings solutions align with the overarching goals of Knab.

Team Dynamics
As a Savings Product Pricing Specialist, you will hold a vital position within the Knab team, significantly contributing to our success. You will be part of our Financial Freedom team, a skilled and results-oriented group that includes a Product Owner, Business Analysts, Developers, Customer Journey Experts, Functional Managers, and a commercial team focused on marketing initiatives. In this capacity, you will report directly to the Domain Lead for Savings and Investments.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of economic principles and their implications for liquidity management. Utilizing data analytics, you will create and implement effective liquidity forecasting models. Strong collaboration skills with business and finance teams are essential to ensure that Knab's savings products are in harmony with the company's objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the savings forecasting models for Knab's savings offerings;
  • Formulate and execute the interest rate strategy for savings products;
  • Analyze customer financial behaviors and respond to their needs;
  • Collaborate with business and finance teams to ensure alignment of savings products with company objectives;
  • Engage in critical decisions regarding the pricing strategy for savings;
  • Represent Knab to external stakeholders;
  • Lead initiatives for new products and services, working with stakeholders to develop feasible plans;
  • Participate in pricing decisions as a member of the pricing committee.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in economics, finance, or a related discipline;
  • 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry;
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics and forecasting;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
  • Excellent organizational skills and stakeholder management capabilities;
  • Embodies Knab's core values: openness, positivity, humanity, and entrepreneurship;
  • Basic knowledge of IT development and configuration of savings accounts using Thaler/Ohpen/Mambu is a plus;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English;
  • Fluency in Dutch is advantageous.
