Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Controller to join our Management Team. As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for managing all financial and administrative processes within Vention Technologies. Your role involves providing accurate financial information to steer the company financially and serving as a sparring partner for the rest of the Management Team, offering advice when needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage all financial and administrative processes within Vention Technologies
- Provide accurate financial information to steer the company financially
- Serve as a sparring partner for the Management Team, offering advice when needed
- Contribute to a rapidly changing and growing organization that develops and delivers products alongside executing projects
- Lead the financial administrative staff and maintain relationships with external parties such as the accountant, bank, and tax authorities
- Ensure adequate financial administration, contribute to pricing policies for our products and services, implement internal control systems, and manage accounts receivable
- Prepare budgets, monthly and quarterly financial reports, and create various analyses and reports
Requirements
- Business-oriented, collaborative, and confident in navigating the dynamics of a rapidly growing organization
- Previous experience in a similar position, such as a business controller, or ready for the next step
- At least a bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of relevant work experience
- Preferably, experience in tech/SaaS companies or served similar clients in accountancy
- Proficient in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written, and strong communication skills
