About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Electromagnetic Compatibility Specialist to join our team at Damen Naval. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our naval division.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our products meet the highest standards of electromagnetic compatibility. This includes designing and testing systems to prevent electromagnetic interference and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 25 days' annual leave, flexible working hours, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and test systems to prevent electromagnetic interference
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve electromagnetic compatibility issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in electromagnetic compatibility engineering
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as MIL-STD-461
