Position Overview

As a committed Sales Engineer specializing in service solutions at Radio Holland, you will be instrumental in refining the internal sales processes to guarantee the meticulous and accurate management of client inquiries. Your contributions are vital to the smooth operation of our sales team, significantly enhancing the quality of service provided to our esteemed clients while also driving the pursuit of new business opportunities. You will report directly to the Team Lead of Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

Accuracy is paramount in this role. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the Request for Quote (RFQ) process and ensuring the thorough preparation and technical detailing of RFQ components;
  • Timely preparation and dispatch of quotations while addressing all customer inquiries regarding service, surveys, commissioning, and installations in a professional manner;
  • Operating within established sales authorization and clearly defined pricing frameworks;
  • Collaborating with sales, technical, logistics, and/or the Customer Service Team Lead in case of uncertainties;
  • Conducting cost price calculations for orders based on customer specifications and preferences;
  • Maintaining up-to-date, accurate, and complete information in the relevant systems (Zendesk/Navision);
  • Ensuring all documentation and information in Zendesk is comprehensive for handover to Operations;
  • Recording pertinent external customer feedback.

Experience and Education

A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role is required.
