Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Business Advisor to join our Customer Success organisation. As a Business Advisor, you will work with Construction customers to develop a cohesive approach to utilising platform capabilities and drive adoption and value realisation through deep product and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with the implementation and use of our BIM products for building services, effectively articulating the BIM product value and helping customers realise value from Trimble technology.
  • Support the development of strategic use cases, adoption roadmaps, and recommendations to drive optimal product usage across a wide range of levels within customer organisations.
  • Maintain audit processes and documentation to regularly assess client environments for optimal performance and make recommendations as needed.
  • Support business reviews to decision makers and be perceived as a strategic trusted advisor.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for additional products and services for the customer across platform features, professional services, training, etc.
  • Advocate on behalf of the customer across Trimble to ensure customer success.

Requirements
  • You are a trained system planner, technician, or engineer specialising in building services (heating, ventilation, sanitation). Knowledge of CAD/CAE programs (HLSE) is an advantage.
  • Track record of successful value delivery and client relationship development.
  • Highly organised and able to work collaboratively across a matrix organisation to achieve results important to your customers.
  • Capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests and rapid turnaround while meeting customer expectations.
  • Ability to learn quickly, be a great teammate, and manage change effectively.
  • Excellent executive level communication skills (oral, written, presentation) with ability to explain technical concepts.
  • Language requirements: Fluent in German and English is mandatory.
