Senior Copywriter

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Copywriter to join our Brand & Creative team at Bloom & Wild. As a Senior Copywriter, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling brand copy that resonates with our customers and drives business results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality brand copy that aligns with our tone of voice and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with our Creative team to create innovative and engaging content that drives customer engagement and conversion.
- Work closely with our Product, Range, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure that our brand copy is consistent across all touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand, products, and target audience to inform copywriting decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in copywriting and content marketing.
- Contribute to the development of our brand's tone of voice and style guide.
- Provide feedback and guidance to junior team members to help them improve their copywriting skills.
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in an e-commerce or D2C brand.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality copy that drives business results.
- Excellent understanding of brand communications and wider media culture.
- Strong creative skills, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Figma and Asana is a plus.
