Job Summary

As a Manager On Duty Intern at Park Plaza Vondelpark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and supporting the Front Office department. You will be the contact person during calamities and will be responsible for ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to guests, handling tasks such as distributing room keys, assisting with luggage, explaining hotel facilities, making payments, and taking care of special requests.
  • Ensure a warm welcome and a smooth check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
  • Be the contact person during calamities and provide the ultimate guest experience.
  • Convey the Park Plaza feel by ensuring you have the necessary knowledge about the area, sights, and tourist attractions, ensuring that our guests get the most out of their stay.
