Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute R&D strategies to drive innovation and growth in Ambient Experience
  • Lead a team of engineers and developers to design, develop, and deliver high-tech solutions
  • Collaborate with senior project leads, software experts, and business leads to drive project success
  • Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) processes and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Develop and manage R&D budgets, defining key interfaces across AE and managing resources effectively

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering or relevant field (preference for software engineering)
  • 5+ years of experience in program development and execution, including successful program management and utilization of professional methodologies
  • 5+ years of experience in digital technology domains (digital healthcare experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in software engineering and affinity for hardware
  • Proven track record of translating user requirements into technical specifications, influencing senior leadership, and driving projects to completion
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team building skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
