Preparation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Werkvoorbereider GWW to join our team at Kracht Recruitment. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for preparing projects of various sizes, ensuring that all necessary documents, plans, and calculations are in place.

• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence;
• Conduct calculations, create budgets, and perform financial analysis;
• Select and evaluate subcontractors, ensuring they meet our high standards;
• Manage project finances, including budgeting and cost control;
• Prepare and coordinate procurement activities;
• Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
• Several years of experience as a Werkvoorbereider GWW or in a similar role;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Proficiency in computer systems and software;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
