Join Our Team as an Operator Packing

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operator Packing to join our team at Job Invest in Waalwijk. As an Operator Packing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate packing of our wide range of bread products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, monitor, and adjust the packing process to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Run production lines at optimal cost and efficiency.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards (BRC/IFS and HACCP) through regular inspections and quality control measures.
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve minor issues, and escalate complex problems to the Technical Service team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment and machinery.
Requirements:
  • At least LBO or MBO level education.
  • Excellent work attitude and positive attitude.
  • Reliable and accurate with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a similar position is a plus.

  • A competitive gross hourly wage of €1529.
  • Allowances for working certain hours (34%, 37% or 100%).
  • Overtime allowance of 125% (1st 8 hours after 152) or 150% (> 160 hours per period).
