Project Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at the Department of Clinical Oncology, School of Clinical Medicine at HKU. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large-scale multidisciplinary cancer and palliative care health project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Principal Investigator in the overall management of the project
- Develop and implement effective communications strategy for the public and relevant professionals
- Prepare project documents, including protocols, reports, publications, and website contents
- Monitor and evaluate the protocol and guidelines
- Handle inquiries from external parties
- Conduct data analysis
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ph.D. degree or Master's degree with at least 1 year's experience or Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Technology, Social Media, Marketing, Social Science, Public Health, Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Occupational therapy, Statistics, or related disciplines
- Experience and/or interest in clinical research and project coordination
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Good coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in writing and publishing official documents, marketing, website/mobile app development, and external relations
