Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Conversational Data Specialist to work on a cutting-edge project involving the creation, analysis, and labeling of conversational data for large language models (LLMs). The role focuses on crafting and annotating prompts and responses that include Personally Identifiable Information (PII), ensuring the development of high-quality interaction data for real-world use cases.

This work is crucial for enhancing PII detection and management capabilities within LLM systems. As a Conversational Data Specialist, you will be responsible for creating diverse and realistic user prompts containing PII, reflecting real-world scenarios.

You will also evaluate and annotate LLM responses to user prompts, using provided guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate labeling. Regular checks will be performed to ensure data annotation accuracy, and feedback will be provided to improve processes and guidelines for prompt and response generation.

Responsibilities:
  • Create diverse and realistic user prompts containing PII, reflecting real-world scenarios.
  • Evaluate and annotate LLM responses to user prompts.
  • Use provided guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate labeling.
  • Perform regular checks to ensure data annotation accuracy.
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and guidelines for prompt and response generation.
Requirements:
  • Native-level Dutch skills, particularly in dialects spoken in the Netherlands.
  • Professional-level English skills (i.e., able to communicate with team members and read instructions in English).
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • General knowledge in online communication, such as Microsoft Teams.
  • A high level of confidentiality to handle personal information.
  • Able to follow directions and perform repetitive, time-bound tasks accurately and efficiently.
Nice to Have:
  • Diploma or professional certificate in any field, preferably in linguistics/languages.
  • Experience in data annotation.
