To further expand our success in the Central European markets, we are seeking a full-time Area Sales Manager based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This role will involve covering sales across the entire Netherlands.

Job Description

This role involves managing sales and sales targets for the Joie brand with both existing and new specialist retailers. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive customer support, from creating individual quotations to offering advice and product training.

As a brand ambassador, you will represent Joie to retailers and consumers, developing ideas for customer-related marketing activities and effectively implementing POS measures and sales promotion campaigns.

You will actively participate in trade fairs and field sales meetings, identifying market needs and relaying customer feedback, as well as competition-relevant information, to the brand manager and management.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years professional experience in sales
  • Languages: Dutch and English as a must; German is beneficial
  • Sales personality who can inspire people with passion in field sales
  • Professional experience in field sales or experience in the areas of training/consulting
