Senior Sustainability Manager

Coty, a leading global beauty company, is seeking an experienced Senior Sustainable Sourcing Manager to join its climate and environment team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the company's supplier decarbonization program and contributing to its ambitious sustainability goals.
About the RoleAs a Senior Sustainability Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reduce carbon emissions across Coty's supply chain. Your primary focus will be on:
- Designing and executing a comprehensive supplier decarbonization program, including alignment of strategy, toolkits for buying teams, and data collection.
- Engaging with strategic suppliers to co-create roadmaps towards our net-zero ambitions.
- Consolidating decarbonization project work to review progress against targets and share best practices.
- Supporting scope 3 reporting calculations.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and other colleagues to drive innovation and transformation within the organization.
About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in environmental sustainability and a deep understanding of the beauty industry. Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in an environmental sustainability-related discipline or equivalent qualification.
- 6+ years' experience in the Beauty or CPG industry.
- Strong supplier/scope 3 carbon/climate expertise and ability to manage supplier carbon data and reporting.
- Understanding or ideally experience in other nature topics such as water, waste, biodiversity, and deforestation.
- Experience in complex, multi-national companies.
- Excellent communication skills to persuade others, articulate a point of view, and set direction.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
