Java Backend Developer

Innovation Engineering SRL, a dynamic and innovative IT company part of PNO Group, is seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of advanced IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based backend systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and implement efficient algorithms and data structures to optimize system performance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Java development.
  • Strong knowledge of Java language, NoSQL databases, and Java frameworks.
  • Experience with at least one message broker.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
