Inverter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Inverter Specialist to join our team at SAJ Digital Energy GmbH. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about commissioning and supporting inverters in the renewable energy industry.

• Provide technical support to installers and customers via phone and email, resolving issues related to inverter faults and performance.
• Generate cases using our CRM system to track and resolve customer enquiries efficiently.
• Answer technical product enquiries from customers and provide solutions based on their needs.
• Liaise with our service, sales, and repair centre departments to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
• Develop, update, and manage technical documentation for inverter commissioning, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Contribute to the development of our technical support process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
• Support Sales Exhibitions and Trade Fairs, showcasing our products and services.
• Liaise with our Technical Support International team to ensure global consistency in support services.

• Relevant qualification in electronic engineering or a related field (e.g., renewable energy).
• Direct experience in the solar and power generation industry is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of inverters and battery products, with a solutions-based mindset.
• Eagerness to support customers as required, with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in inter-departmental communication and coordination is beneficial.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Fluent Dutch speaking is a must; fluent English is preferred.
