Hotel Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced hotel supervisor to join our team at the Movenpick Hotel in Amsterdam. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, including supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality, and performing administrative tasks such as time registration and scheduling. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to maintain a positive and professional attitude, providing excellent support to colleagues and guests alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality throughout the hotel.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including time registration and scheduling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to colleagues and guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the hotel.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a hotel supervisor or in a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • € 15.55 - € 17.19 per hour (based on Cleaning-CLA scale).
  • Steady contract.
  • End-of-year bonus of 5%.
