Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our team in the food industry. As a Packaging Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, from packaging to quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate packaging equipment, including manual packing and high-tech machines.
  • Switch out wraps, films, or stickers, and ensure adequate supplies of boxes and glue.
  • Fold and seal boxes or load the packing machine with cardboard.
  • Manually fill boxes or trays, following instructions from the Operator or Line Manager.
  • Check the quality of packages and products, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Seal, label, and stack boxes, preparing them for the warehouse.
  • Handle any packaging issues and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Track numbers and log any issues.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Dutch or English.
  • Practical and technical mindset.
  • Availability to work in 3 or 5 shifts.
  • Experience with packaging machines or working in a food factory is an asset.
Benefits
  • A competitive starting salary of €14.97 per hour, excluding shift allowance.
