Sales Excellence Manager

At ROCKWOOL Group, we're seeking a dynamic Sales Excellence Manager to drive our commercial performance to new heights. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing data and developing strategies to enhance our market responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute an international sales excellence strategy to drive commercial performance.
- Promote and train desired commercial behavior and standard global approach.
- Optimize our Microsoft Dynamics CRM to streamline account management and lead management.
- Partner with Sales Managers across countries to support local businesses with data-driven insights.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and dashboards to evaluate and improve sales activities.
- Lead customer experience programs to ensure loyal and satisfied customers.
- Develop a customer orientation/service excellence culture amongst employees.
- Lead initiatives to refine sales processes and implement new tools and systems that drive sales excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal customers and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with Advanced Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), Sharepoint, and SAP-SD.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both oral and written, in English and Dutch, and preferably in other languages.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and able to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- A one-year contract that will be converted to a permanent contract on good performance.
