About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional bartender to join our team at IZAKAYA Asian Kitchen & Bar in Amsterdam. As a mixologist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages to guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent results

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of alcoholic beverages, mixers, garnishes, and glassware
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a positive and professional manner
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining efficiency and composure in fast-paced environments
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and management

Salary Information

Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the annual salary for this role to be approximately €45,000 - €55,000, depending on experience.
