About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Courier to join our team at FedEx. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by safely and efficiently transporting packages across various postcodes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent FedEx in a professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience through courteous interactions and timely package delivery.
  • Operate company vehicles on defined routes, adhering to safety protocols and company policies to ensure the secure transportation of packages.
  • Maintain accurate records and paperwork, ensuring compliance with FedEx's Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid driving license for the assigned vehicle type, with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
  • Be adaptable to varying driving conditions and circumstances, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Commercial driving experience is an advantage, as is basic geographical knowledge.
