Logistics Operations Specialist

ASML is seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team in Veldhoven, the Netherlands. This role is part of the Logistics Operations department, responsible for the storage, planning, assembling, and shipment of ASML material.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver load level-, wave planning- & planning support to optimize the efficiency in the logistical process by monitoring and balancing the workload within the warehouse & logistics department.
  • Contact the internal customer (Production Planning, Cleanroom Logistics, Material Handling) and/or the 3PL in case alignment is needed for load leveling.
  • Monitor and steer the 'stock to factory' process by managing the EWM Waves.
  • Provides first line operational support on planning processes, executing resolution of operational issues, in order to minimize impact on the operation.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor or Master degree (e.g. Operations Management & Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management).
  • ~3-5 years of experience within Logistics / Supply Chain Management.
  • ~SAP knowledge.
  • ~Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

This role is part of a motivated team in a Manufacturing warehouse environment. We are looking for a team player with good social and communication skills, flexibility to work in shifts and weekends, and stakeholder management on different levels.

The Logistics Operations department is responsible for the storage, planning, assembling and shipment of ASML material. As part of the Logistics Operations team, this role is positioned within the Control Tower. The Control Tower is the responsible team for all administrative flows, preventing and predicting stagnations.

Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
