Tender Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender Assurance Manager to join our team at Koninklijke BAM Groep. As a key member of our Tender Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our tender processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tender assurance strategies to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination;
- Monitor and report on tender performance metrics to inform business decisions;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our tender processes remain competitive and effective.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in tendering processes and business, project, or tender management;
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful tender assurance strategies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
