Food Production Operator

We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven Operator Food die op zoek is naar een nieuwe uitdaging in een dynamische omgeving. Als Operator Food zorg je ervoor dat de productielijn soepel draait en ben je een onmisbare schakel in het proces. Je werkzaamheden variëren van het bedienen van machines tot het bewaken van de kwaliteit en zorgen dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je taken bevatten:
- Ingrediënten mixen, mengen en voorbereiden volgens receptuur;
- Het oplossen van 1ste lijns storingen;
- Je verricht preventief onderhoud;
- Poetswerkzaamheden;
- Productiegegevens documenteren;
- Afwijkingen constateren en rapporteren.
Functie-eisen
Als Operator Food beschik je over de volgende skills:
- Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de food;
- Je bent bereid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken;
- Je werkt netjes en volgens de voorschriften;
- Je bent stressbestendig en kunt je snel aanpassen aan de situatie.
Aanbod
Als Operator Food hebben wij natuurlijk ook iets te bieden:
- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €2.900,- en €3.100,- (inclusief 19% ploegentoeslag);
- Je ontvangt 8% vakantiegeld en 3% eindejaarsuitkering;
- Je bouwt direct pensioen op;
- Een reiskostenvergoeding;
- Je ontvangt 25 verlofdagen;
- Je ontvang een bonus per kwartaal bij niet ziek zijn.
- Bij goed functioneren krijg je de mogelijkheid om de operator A/B opleiding te volgen;
