About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our Data & Analytics team at Royal Schiphol Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the commercial performance of Schiphol by analyzing and visualizing data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of business intelligence solutions to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze functional questions and propose front-end solutions to align with our architecture.
  • Design and build dashboards in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Develop dashboards with insights that support performance management and decision-making.
  • Manage day-to-day progress of projects and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
  • Support and train business users in effectively using dashboards and data for self-service purposes.
  • Contribute to the further development of the BI developer community at Schiphol.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a front-end developer.
  • Extensive experience in building BI solutions with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Fluency in DAX and SQL.
  • Analytical mindset and experience working in an Agile DevOps team.
  • Experience with organizing and facilitating workshops with business experts.
  • Understanding of how insights can lead to improved business processes.
  • Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
What We Offer
  • Salary ranging from € 4,594,- to € 6,374,- (scale 12).
  • 8.33% fixed allowance at the end of the year.
  • iPhone 14 or Samsung Galaxy S22 (your choice).
