About the Role

Sia Partners is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Energy and Industry team. As a business consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients, executing project assignments and taking up team support roles by coaching new hires and juniors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, people interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc.
  • Take up team support roles by coaching new hires and juniors.
  • Contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,...) within the business units of the different industries we serve.

Requirements

  • You have a Master's degree.
  • You have 3-6 years relevant working experience (or PhD).
  • Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions.
  • You're a fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial.
  • Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required.
  • Passionate about Energy.
