Job Title: Mechatronics Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechatronics Engineer to join our Wafer Handler team in DUV Development & Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechatronic solutions for our Wafer Handlers, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop mechatronic solutions for Wafer Handlers, including wafer logistics and wafer stage control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and testing of mechatronic modules.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, design, and test procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of the Wafer Handler technical roadmap and CI.
  • Support project managers in planning, execution, and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in mechatronic design, preferably within ASML.
  • Experience in Wafer Flow analysis and Controller design.
  • Strong understanding of priority rules inside Wafer Handler and interactions between Wafer Handler and Machine Control.
  • Experience in leading a team of technical experts and translating observed product performance into root causes and solutions.
