Keyholder - Customer Service Expert

Job Description
As a Keyholder at Levi's, you will be the link between our products and customers, supporting and assisting our Stylists. This role requires delivering exceptional customer service, supporting store management, and motivating the sales team to hit personal targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service through teamwork and living our brand values
- Support Store Management with daily tasks and store duties
- Motivate and support the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet KPIs
- Offer guidance and direction to the sales team for their development and to ensure KPIs are met
- Maintain strong visual standards across the store
- Assist with deliveries and organization of the stock room
- Be responsible for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent
Our Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who shares our values, is passionate about the brand, and has experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work as a team player are essential.
