Senior Commercial Planner

Rituals is a rapidly growing company with a strong presence in the global market. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Planner to join our Supply Chain team and contribute to our continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement commercial planning processes to ensure accurate demand forecasting and timely product availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Innovation, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Own and manage the S&OP process, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across departments.
- Analyze business data and provide strategic insights to inform commercial planning decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, including Retail, Ecom, Wholesale, and Travel teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in supply, demand, or S&OP planning.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent management, business partnering, and communication skills.
- Creative attitude, open to new opportunities, and not afraid of change.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
