AUTO1 Group Nederland is a dynamic tech company revolutionizing the automotive industry with its brands wijkopenautos.nl, AUTO1.com, and Autohero. We are looking for a talented individual to lead our nationwide refurbishment department in the Netherlands, overseeing a team of over 30 employees and expanding our production sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve existing processes and workflows, challenging the status quo with a focus on efficiency
  • Lead the refurbishment department, identifying and utilizing KPIs to take concrete actions for more efficient and effective vehicle refurbishment
  • Collaborate with on-site teams and headquarters in Amsterdam & Berlin to take on capacity planning and design processes
  • Support projects such as the establishment of new refurbishment centers
Requirements
  • A dynamic, resilient personality with good analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Relevant professional experience in operations, business development, production, logistics, or management consulting
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Dutch and English
  • A motivated team player with a can-do attitude and independent leadership qualities
