Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated order pickers who will utilize a voice-picking system to prepare pallets for one of the most recognized retail brands in the region. Ideal candidates are proactive individuals who thrive in a hands-on work environment. If you enjoy organizing and managing inventory, this position could be a great fit for you.

Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Utilize a voice picking system with a pump truck to retrieve products;
- Construct stable pallets, occasionally reorganizing items for optimal stacking;
- Ensure that productivity targets are achieved while maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.

This role involves physical activity, including lifting various items ranging from lighter products to heavier goods. Each day presents new challenges and tasks.

Flexible scheduling options are available, including part-time, full-time, or weekend shifts.

Requirements
  • Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to collaborate with team members;
  • Availability for two shifts (Monday to Saturday, 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00);
  • Willingness to work at least two Saturdays each month.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive hourly wage starting at €14.74 for those aged 21 and older (including ADV allowance up to 35 hours);
  • Evening shift premium of 25% from 20:00 to 22:00, resulting in an hourly rate of €18.16 (including ADV);
  • Saturday shift premium of 30% from 06:00 to 18:00, leading to an hourly rate of €18.85 (including ADV);
  • Travel reimbursement of €0.19 per kilometer after the first 10 kilometers;
  • Potential for a permanent contract;
  • Access to fresh fruit and complimentary coffee and tea.
