- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, ensuring that they align with business objectives and are achievable within the given timeframe.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, identifying opportunities to improve our software development processes and tools.
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer or Technical Lead, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software applications.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of software developers.
- Strong technical skills, with expertise in C#,.NET, Angular, and Azure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- A competitive salary and benefits package, including a monthly gross salary between €5600 and €8000 euro, excl. vacation pay and yearly bonus.
