Strategic Procurement Expert

At Oceanco, we are seeking a Strategic Procurement Expert, an exceptional professional to join our team of experts in the yacht building industry.

This challenging full-time position involves overseeing the entire supply chain process, managing procurement packages with 200 suppliers for each yacht, and ensuring timely and qualitative supply.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring supplier progress, solving operational and contractual issues, identifying bottlenecks, and executing contract management of suppliers.

We are looking for a professional with a university or higher vocational education and relevant working experience, preferably in the maritime industry or yacht building industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years' experience in the Netherlands and possess strong analytical ability, collaboration skills, and exactitude.

You should have a comprehensive view of the entire process, be proactive and problem-solving in your approach, and have a good command of written and spoken English and Dutch.

Oceanco offers a competitive primary salary range of €90,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent secondary employment conditions, including a collective agreement Metalektro and active staff association.
