We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Hollister Incorporated. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis of our Benelux Business Units.
Key Responsibilities- Support the annual planning processes, including preparation and review of sales and costs plans, timetable management, presentation reviews, feedback, analyses, and reports.
- Provide professional financial input and analysis to support business unit strategies, tactics, and measurement of return on investment.
- Develop and maintain Business Intelligence tools to facilitate the Benelux group with the right insights at the right time.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and cost reports and analyses to provide business units with suitable information for control of the businesses.
- Liaise with Shared Services and European Finance to ensure accuracy of management accounts and develop process improvements within the Finance function.
- Lead SAP BW and BPC report development and participate in and present at management and sales meetings.
- Provide ad-hoc reviews and reports and undertake specific projects as requested.
- Take ownership of external data sets, including Market & New Fit Data, Sales OUT Data, and Market Data.
- An experienced Analyst with business intelligence and data analysis expertise.
- Proven knowledge and experience of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and data analysis.
- Effective business partner to commercial functions and leadership teams, with ability to challenge and support across a business.
- Technically adept, with ability to lead and instill technical excellence within Hollister's operating model and environment.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Organization skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
- A strategic thinker with a commercial mindset.
- Personal integrity and professionalism.
- Self-driven with ability to take ownership and initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build effective relationships and present at a Senior level.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
