The Role:

We are seeking an experienced projectcontroller to join our team at Universiteit Utrecht. As a projectcontroller, you will play a crucial role in the development of our university's real estate, working closely with our management team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and report to project and department managers on a wide range of topics, including financial consequences of project proposals;
  
• Assess the financial implications of project, personnel, and investment proposals for real estate and/or large maintenance projects;
  
• Help prepare the budget, quarterly reports, and year-end closing;
  
• Work with the planner/risk manager to monitor the overall planning, identify risks, and develop mitigation measures;
  
• Facilitate risk sessions for projects.
  

What We Offer:

• A one-year contract with the possibility of extension to an indefinite-term employment contract;
  
• A 32-38 hour workweek with a gross monthly salary of at least € 4,332,- to a maximum of € 6,737,- for a full-time employment contract (scale 11-12 of the CAO Nederlandse Universiteiten);
  
• 8% holiday allowance and an end-of-year allowance of 8.3%;
  
• A pension scheme, partially paid parental leave, and flexible working conditions based on the CAO Nederlandse Universiteiten.
