Make a Difference with ING's Digital Workplace Services

ING's Workplace Services and Employee Experience team is responsible for delivering digital workplace services to our 60,000+ global employees. We ensure that our colleagues can work simply and safely with any device, wherever they are in the hybrid world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve our services as part of a cross-border squad of peers and customer journey experts.
  • Stay up-to-date with SaaS vendors' new features and implement them in our services.
  • Develop and automate services for the future, making them more robust and secure.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft's key staff and product groups as a valued partner.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and automate administrative tasks.
  • Work agile and take ownership of projects and tasks, with the freedom to choose your own course of action.
  • Share responsibilities for 3rd line incidents, administration, and standby services.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in comparable roles.
  • Microsoft 365 technology experience in an enterprise-level multinational organisation, including relevant certifications.
  • Experience with automation, PowerShell, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Understanding of outsourcing principles and E2E accountability.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments like financial institutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to visualise, articulate, and solve complex problems.
