About the Role
Lely is seeking a skilled Technical Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support department, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update technical manuals, instructions, and other documentation to ensure accurate and efficient use of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and documentation specialists, to ensure documentation meets user needs and expectations.
- Analyze data and feedback from the field to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them.
- Contribute to the development of the Lely Troubleshooting Advisor app, ensuring that troubleshooting flows meet the needs of our customers and users.
- Work with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and translate it into new or updated materials.
- Develop and expand training courses to ensure technicians worldwide are well-prepared to maintain and use our products efficiently.
Requirements
- Strong technical writing and editing skills.
- Ability to analyze complex technical information and communicate it effectively.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with content management systems and documentation tools.
